What’s new.

The site is now a full installable app. Install it from Chrome, Edge, or Android — or Add to Home Screen on iPhone — and you get an app bar, offline support, and a little celebration when you’re back in the app. App users see the whole site in a cleaner, chrome-free layout.

The founder’s author page got its own exclusive layout: crown-trimmed header, site-owner stats, and a note straight from the founder.

Large screens get a roomier reading column, taller banners, and scaled-up type — tuned to breathe on wide monitors.

The Discord Hub bot now auto-posts every changelog to the blog the moment a release ships. No announcements to watch — just watch the blog.

The blog index now leads with a large featured card, and every card shows the author, date, reading time, tags, and a live comment count. Posts under a week old are marked “New” and banners zoom gently on hover.

Author pages now show roles, join date, post count, total reading time, and the tags they write about — so you can jump straight to a writer’s guides by topic.

The staff console gained at-a-glance counters, quick-jump links, author avatars in every queue, and a live search for accounts. Admins can also delete a comment in place from any post.

The whole site moved to a compact app layout: a persistent left sidebar holds the wordmark, navigation, and account across every page, with a single-column reading column beside it. On phones the sidebar folds into pills and a fixed bottom tray.

Reference, Blog, What’s new, Rules, Status, Contact (plus Write for writers) live in the sidebar on desktop, always visible while you scroll, with the current page highlighted.

Phones keep the quick-link tray — Home, Blog, Write, New, Account — while the sidebar becomes a compact header, so the essentials stay one tap away on small screens.

The upgrade window wrapped up and the site is fully public again. The maintenance gate was removed; /maintenance now serves a short back-online notice.

Every page gained the same primary navigation with the current page highlighted, a mobile quick-link tray, and this changelog — the first place to check what changed.

A new violet Founder badge marks the site’s owner, alongside the existing Admin and Trusted badges. Evergreened so every badge is labelled for screen readers.

Em-dashes, en-dashes, and ellipses were showing as garbled characters across posts, the editor, the dashboard, and the mod console. Fixed at the file level.

Post rendering could briefly serve an empty page body. The page renderer is no longer async, so responses are always the fully rendered page.

Repeated stylesheet blocks were collapsing cards and layout inconsistently. Duplicates removed; static reference pages now ship a single stylesheet.

Comments are rate-limited per IP, posts with more than two link destinations are held for review, and @everyone/@here mentions are blocked.

API responses and post-submit redirects are marked no-store. Smaller payloads, lazy-loaded banners, and fewer round-trips keep the blog snappy.

The report dialog moves focus in and returns it on close, navigation tracks the current page for screen readers, and every role badge is labelled.

The reference pages and community blog went live: Discord sign-in, writer roles, dashboards and the editor, publishing with review, live status, and the static reference directory.

Comments with per-commenter moderation, staff and trusted badges, official post types, post banners, read-aloud posts, and richer author profiles.
